Eniola Ayodeji Abiola is a seasoned strategist and a staunch advocate for Human Resources (HR), boasting over two decades of expertise in personnel management and administration. With a solid foundation in economics and specialized knowledge in HR, he brings a unique skill set to the technology sector. Throughout his career, Eniola has excelled in developing enterprise resource solutions, spearheading strategic initiatives, crafting leadership frameworks, and driving transformative change within the IT landscape. His proficiencies encompass a broad spectrum of HR systems and strategy, enterprise architecture, procurement and risk management, employee relations, compliance, budgeting, staffing, talent acquisition and retention, training program development, and compensation and benefits planning, all finely tuned to meet the demands of the IT industry. Eniola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Ekiti State University Ado Ekiti, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources Management) from Ladoke Akintola University of Science and Technology, Ogbomosho, and is pursuing a PhD in Business Administration from Nasarawa State University, Keffi. He is distinguished as a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) from the George Washington University Center of Excellence in Public Leadership, and a Certified Talent Management Professional (CTMP). Together with his team, Eniola led the execution of several impactful policies and initiatives, including the NITDA Performance Management System, NITDA Conditions of Service, and the NITDA Scheme of Service, which provided clarity on career progression for employees. Additionally, he revamped the promotion cycle and introduced an affordable healthcare plan for staff and their families, among other accomplishments. Eniola is honoured as a Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management.
