Overview

The Human Resource & Administration Department provides centralized direction, support and leadership for the effective administration and Human Capital Management of the Agency in support of the overall goals and objectives of National Information Technology Development Agency.

  • Regularly communicate with other departments to keep them informed of our on-going activities and our progress towards shared goals and objectives
  • Work collaboratively and in cross-functional teams to benefit from the synergy of working with a diversity of experience, knowledge and competencies
